Staff and location are lovely, I loved extremely comfy bed.

Its personnel was efficient and decent, nothing too much trouble.

Gorgeous location, clean and stunningly beautiful place. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was magnificent.

Pleasant place with courteous staff and good wi-fi. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was non-smoking. Late check-out. Great facilities and the pool was good.

We had the most really enjoyable few days there. The place was wonderful relaxing, fairly clean, had nice staff and rooms. The room was cleaned and available with a great view, many amenities, for instance. Set near to the shops, airport, restaurants in the very attractive area. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Perfect location for visiting Puerto del Carmen, it's very close to restaurants.

Savoury breakfast, unbelievable location, very knowledgeable staff. The staff did all they can for a decent stay. Rooms were common and had essentials you needed. I loved that there was breakfast included. The service was fantastic too. Lovely hotel centrally located in the city.

staff were informative, and facilities were excellent here. plenty of supplies in the room: an electronic key card, a work desk and a tv. courteous service was provided.

The stay was really unforgettable. The property was spotless and nicely decorated and the location was unbeatable. The queen room was generous-sized with climate control, balcony, iron and ironing board. Staff were great, everything was fantastic. Had complimentary coffee and wines in the lobby bar.
